Save the Date: Medical History Half-Day Symposium at Galter Health Sciences Library (Friday, Sept. 20)

SAVE THE DATE:

CAMA medical history symposium hosted at Galter Library

Friday, September 20, 12:30-4 pm

  • 12:30-1 pm / CAMA organizational meeting & discussion
  • 1-4 pm / Presentations

The Chicago Area Medical Archivists (CAMA) usually holds its medical history symposia in October, to align with American Archives Month, but this year, due to some scheduling considerations, it will be held at the end of September. If all goes as planned, we will hear from 5 speakers who will share highlights and research findings about Chicago area medical historical moments, activities, and institutions.

Galter Health Sciences Library

Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine

Chicago campus

Details and request to register will come in early September. This event is free, but RSVP will be requested since space is somewhat limited.
