This is a reminder that the Reaching Across Illinois Library System and the Illinois Heartland Library System are seeking feedback from IACRL members and others on what topics they would like to see covered in continuing-education sessions. Many of the CE programs that the organizations currently offer are intended more for public, school, or special libraries. Both RAILS and IHLS would like to offer some programming that is of specific interest and relevance to academic librarians in Illinois.
If there are any topics, especially areas that you could apply to your daily work, that you or your colleagues would like to see covered in a CE session, please let me know. I will then pass that information along to RAILS and IHLS. As information about additional types of programming becomes available, the IACRL leadership will forward that, also.
