front and center, with presentations and discussions on its value and meaning for academics, researchers, students and librarians.
Featuring keynote speaker *Heather Joseph*, SPARC Executive Director, and presentations on *open access policy development*, *OER development and implementation*, lightning talks, posters and much more!
