Registration Open for NNLM Region 7 Presents Webinar “SciENcv- An Introduction”–Tues., April 28, 12:00-1:00 PM CDT

Registration is open for the NNLM webinar “SciENcv- An Introduction”. It will take place on Tuesday, April 28, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM CDT.

Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv) is an electronic system that helps researchers assemble the information needed to participate in federally funded research. This class will explain what SciENcv is, review vocabulary that is pertinent to SciENcv, explain why it is important for information professionals and researchers to know about it, and include a live walk-through of this tool.

Objectives:

  1. Explain the significance of SciENcv
  2. Share with participants the meaning of a biosketch and other essential vocabulary
  3. Inform participants on who created SciENcv and why
  4. Showcase a live demonstration of SciENcv

The instructor is Kimberly Carlo, Consultant for NNLM Region 7.

This webinar is worth 1.00 hour of MLA CE credit. It is part of the Region 7 Presents webinar series.
