“Serving Patrons with Disabilitie in Your Library or Clinic” will open your eyes to how making small changes to your library space and services can make a big difference to your patrons with disabilities. It will provide guidelines for clearly and confidently communicating with people with disabilities and for making plans for larger improvements in services.
