The registration for the ALA SRRT (Social Responsibilities Round Table) Homelessness Summit is now live!
As many of you know, November is National Homeless Youth Awareness Month, while November 12-20 is Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week. To help bring awareness to these issues, both as a social-justice issue and in connection to libraries, SRRT is hosting our first-ever Homelessness Summit. It will take place virtually on Monday, November 14, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT.
Registration is free, and you do not need to be an ALA member. After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about joining the webinar. Recorded sessions will be e-mailed afterwards for those who can’t attend live.
