Registration is open for the ACRL Online Learning webinar “Universal Design for Learning”. It will take place on Thursday, February 26, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM CDT.
Explore Universal Design for Learning (UDL) as a proactive framework for creating inclusive and accessible learning environments. This session will examine how UDL reduces the need for individual accommodations by anticipating a wide range of learning styles and needs, including those of students with invisible disabilities such as ADHD. Gain practical strategies for designing instruction that supports all learners, including offering materials in multiple formats, using varied delivery methods, and incorporating active learning techniques that foster autonomy. Learn how UDL enhances equity, engagement, and flexibility across educational settings.
