Interim leadership roles can be both an opportunity and a challenge. Whether you’ve stepped into one yourself or are considering it, navigating this liminal space means balancing continuity with change, juggling responsibilities, and leading through uncertainty.
The webinar will consist of an interactive format, with panel insights and small-group discussion. Attendees will hear from four experienced library leaders at three different institutions.
