Would you like some tools for finding inconsistent patron data, particularly data that may hinder a patron’s ability to log in to the catalog or place a request, or that may prevent the library from removing obsolete data in the future. In this session, we’ll examine some reports and maintenance workflows for identifying and correcting problematic patron data.
