You may have heard the news that ILA is beginning a process to update and refresh our current strategic plan. Much in that plan remains perennially relevant, but as times change so will we evolve. Over the coming months, we will seek input from a variety of constituencies to build a strong plan that will guide us into the future.
Our first step is to reach out to all of you! Would you please take a few minutes to complete this strategic planning survey by Thursday, July 12?
We aim to have the new plan in place by March 2019; and there will be additional opportunities for review and comment between now and then. With your help and input, we will put a plan into place for ILA to best serve Illinois libraries and the millions that depend on them over the coming years. Many thanks!
