I am coordinating one of the Illinois Library Association’s Legislative Meet-Ups on Monday, February 6. This will be the first one actually held in Chicago. I am sure many of you would like the opportunity to talk with our state legislators about libraries. For more about how these Meet-Ups work, see this article.
I need volunteers to help organize the event. There is only one public library in the area covered, so we don’t have a wide variety of those colleagues to draw on.
