We’re excited to announce the 2026 OCLC Resource Sharing Conference (RSC26) virtual web series. Each year, RSC unites the global resource sharing community, letting us connect, collaborate, and share innovative ideas, best practices, and creative solutions.
The RSC26 Program Committee—comprised of ILL professionals and OCLC staff—invites you to contribute by sharing your ideas and expertise. We’re especially interested in proposals that address topics such as:
- Configurations, custom holdings, system settings
- Cross-departmental collaboration – ILL, circulation, collections, reference
- Statistics and reporting
- Copyright
- Managing digital content
- Automations
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ILL
Please share your insights, ideas, and expertise with your fellow ILL professionals by submitting a presentation proposal using this form. If your idea doesn’t fit one of the listed formats, please submit it anyway—we’d like to work with you to explore possibilities.
The web series will be scheduled on Wednesdays, beginning March 4 with a kickoff session presented by Atlas Systems and OCLC staff. Community presentations will follow, starting March 11 with a panel presentation for those new to ILL.
The program committee will be accepting proposals for:
- Full presentations (60 minutes; up to 3 presenters)
- Panel presentations (60 minutes; 3-4 presenters)
- Lightning talks (20 minutes)
- Workshops (60 minutes; interactive, technical; up to 4 presenters)
The deadline to submit a proposal is Friday, January 23. Please contact Carmen Byg, Community Manager, at bygc@oclc.org if you have questions.
