Call for Participation: Survey on Academic Librarians with Invisible Disabilities

Posted on April 3, 2021 by Eric Edwards

(via Lisa Broughman, Director of the Library at Randolph College)

Forwarded on behalf of Melissa Augustine and Jen Coale, students at the School of Library and Information Science, Simmons University.

Hello, we are two LIS graduate students conducting a classroom-based research project regarding the lived experience of academic librarians with an invisible disability. We would appreciate your time in filling out our survey. All responses will remain anonymous and confidential, with all information obtained reviewed only within the classroom setting with other LIS graduate and Ph.D. students and our professor. At the conclusion of the survey, we have included a space to volunteer for an interview portion via Zoom or telephone call to further explore your experiences.

Again, all information and identifying information will be kept anonymous and confidential. We appreciate your time and consideration. If you would like to participate, please click here.
