Call for Participation: Survey for ILA Reporter Article on Libraries’ Use of 3D Printing for the Healthcare Field (Deadline Fri., Sept. 25)

Posted on September 13, 2020 by Eric Edwards

(via Dan Bostrom, RAILS)

Has your library done 3D printing of face shields for the healthcare field in the past six months? We’d like to know a little bit about your experiences.

We’ve set up a short survey for Illinois libraries, available here. We hope to use this survey to write an ILA Reporter article about the experiences libraries have had in these efforts and what libraries should know if efforts like this are required in the future.

Any type of library that has done 3D printing of items for the healthcare field is encouraged to take this survey by Friday, September 25, 2020. Thank you for your time.
