The ACRL Instruction Section Innovation Award Committee is now accepting nominations for its award recognizing outstanding innovation in information literacy instruction or programming.
Award Criteria:
The award honors projects that demonstrate:
- Creative, innovative, or unique approaches to information literacy
- Clear purpose and impact
- Strong documentation of content and outcomes
Eligibility:
Academic library workers or project teams that include an academic librarian are eligible. Projects must have been implemented in an academic or research library, or through a professional library organization, within the past two years.
Nomination Requirements:
All nominations must be submitted electronically via the nomination form and include:
- A description of the innovative project
- A letter of support
- Sufficient documentation to convey the project’s purpose, content, impact, and innovation
- (Optional) A link to the project if available online
