We are pleased to continue offering professional development funding opportunities for our Region 6 member organizations. Topics must be health information related and align with the NNLM mission. A few examples of use of funds would be:
- Sponsorship of a Medical Library Association (MLA) Webinar. (Check back when webinar listings are available.) Hosts of the webinars can secure continuing education (CE) codes for up to 25 individuals
- Honoraria for invited speakers at a conference or professional development event
- Stipend for continuing education (CE) opportunities for library staff
Requested reimbursement may be up to $575 per event and are limited to one per funding year per Network member organization. A short summary of the activity is required post event. Funding is awarded on a rolling basis. We look forward to reviewing your applications and providing you with new learning opportunities.
