Cara Marcus is the Knowledge and Resource Manager for National Rural Transit Assistance Program (National RTAP). She has served as a library manager and researcher for over twenty-five years and her published works center upon library and knowledge management, access for persons with disabilities and older adults, and verbal education. Cara is the Past-President of the Special Libraries Association Transportation Community and serves on the communications committee of the National Transportation Knowledge Network. This presentation on cybersecurity is based on the technical brief and eLearning course she developed for National RTAP and will provide academic librarians with a roadmap for preparing for and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
