The MIRL (Medical Institutional Repositories in Libraries) Symposium planning committee is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the fifth annual free virtual event, scheduled to take place on Zoom Thursday, November 20. The MIRL Symposium is a platform-neutral conference for IR practitioners and those with an interest in IRs at hospitals, academic medical centers, and other health settings to discuss and share case studies and best practices for digital archiving of institutional content. The meeting will include a keynote panel featuring Nicole Contaxis (NYU Health Sciences Library), Colin Lukens (Harvard Library), and Dina McKelvy (MaineHealth) to discuss topics relevant to the medical IR community.
