The deadline to submit program proposals and lightning talks for this year’s ILA Annual Conference (Tuesday, October 6 – Thursday, October 8, in Peoria) is quickly approaching! The Conference theme is “Fired Up & Ready to Go: For All Illinois Libraries”.
Whether you are part of a large, urban library system, a small rural library, an academic library, a school library or a special library, the ILA Conference Program Committee wants to learn more about how you are building community connections, ensuring equitable access, demonstrating your library’s relevance and impact in your community, and solidifying your library’s role as a vital community resource hub.
The submission deadline for proposals and talks is this Friday, April 3. More information, including the different session types and instructions for submitting a proposal, is available here.
