Calling all colleagues working remotely or in a hybrid work environment! My name is Amanda Ziegler and I am a doctoral student at National University. I am conducting an online survey to explore the effects that different leadership styles have on how engaged academic library workers feel when working in a remote or hybrid environment. In order to participate, you must be age 18 or older and employed by an academic library in the United States and work in a remote or hybrid work environment.
The survey is anonymous and has 64 questions, taking 15-20 minutes to complete and will ask questions about your work environment, your perception of your direct leader, and how engaged you feel in your work.
