By mentioning that you are part of the “Health Science Librarians” group, you will receive the lodging rate of $109 per night, plus taxes/fees (total: $124.26/night for double Queen or Jr. King) and be part of the HSLI official block of hotel rooms. The hotel is located at 700 W. Riverside Blvd, Rockford, IL 61103. Notes: Registering via the hotel’s online site, instead of by phone, will not guarantee the Conference room rate.
The last day for registering at the Conference rate is Monday, August 27. After that date, the rate will not be guaranteed. Update: The deadline has been extended to Monday, September 3.
The 2018 Health Science Librarians of Illinois Annual Conference will take place from Wednesday, September 26, to Friday, September 28. The Conference, with its theme, “Rivers of Data, Streams of Knowledge”, will feature continuing-education opportunities, invited speakers, poster sessions and lightning talks, and a vendor showcase, along with networking opportunities for library and information science professionals and students alike.
