The Association of North Carolina Health and Science Libraries (ANCHASL) is holding their Virtual ’25 Spring Meeting and CE class on Tuesday June 17, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM CDT. Taught by Genevieve Millikin, the topic of the class will be “NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy Overview” and offer 1.5 MLA CE credit hours for attendees. This class is a reprise of an NNLM class. This class will provide a background and context to understand the NIH Data Management and Sharing Policy, as well as to provide insight into which aspects of the policy are most pertinent to librarians. Learners will be able to explain the importance of the NIH DMSP, highlight the areas where their work may be impacted by it, and assist researchers with adhering to it.
Registration is open to nonmembers, and the cost is $25. Please register here. The class will be recorded and shared with registrants.
