Do you have go-to lesson plans or materials that you would like to share with other instruction librarians? Have you considered contributing a resource to the ACRL Framework for Information Literacy Sandbox, but aren’t sure where to start? The ACRL Instruction Section Framework for Information Literacy Sandbox (FILS) Committee invites you to attend the “Uploading Made Easy” workshop on Wednesday, April 15, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM CDT via Zoom, led by members of the committee.
This one-hour workshop begins with a short presentation that describes the process of contributing to the Sandbox and reviews the materials and decisions necessary to create a resource. After this introduction, we’ll have time for questions and brainstorming about materials each of us may have to contribute. We encourage students and new librarians to attend to learn more about this valuable resource for instruction librarians.
Workshop objectives:
- Attendees will understand the process of contributing a resource to the Sandbox.
- Attendees will feel confident in sharing their own ideas in the form of Sandbox resources.
