Registration and Schedule Available for ACRL STS Research Forum (Thurs., June 17) and Poster Sessions (Mon., June 21 and 28)

Please join us for the annual ACRL Science & Technology Section Research Forum & Poster Sessions! Attendance is free and open to all.

This year’s sessions will be presented virtually via Zoom.

STS Research Forum

Date/Time: Thursday, June 17, 1:00-2:00 PM CDT
Registration Link: bit.ly/stsresearch2021 (deadline Tuesday, June 15)
Two presentations will be given during the forum and each will have about 20 minutes to present and 10 minutes for Q&A.

“Evidence-Based Recommendations on How to Incorporate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility into Science Librarian Job Postings” will be presented by Joanna Thielen and Wanda Marsolek.
“Racial Equity in Academic and Public Libraries” will be presented by Kristyn Caragher and Tatiana Bryant.

STS Poster Sessions

Date/Time: Monday, June 21, and Monday, June 28, 1:00-2:00 PM CDT both days
Registration Link: bit.ly/stsposters2021 (deadlines Thursday, June 17, and Thursday, June 24)
Each poster session will have 10 brief presentations and will be followed by a one-week asynchronous session where attendees can comment and ask questions about the posters and the presenters will respond. Posters for each day are listed below.
