Hinchliffe Finishes Second in ALA Presidential Election

James G. (“Jim”) Neal, University Librarian Emeritus at Columbia University, has been declared the winner of the 2016 ALA presidential election, finishing ahead of UIUC’s Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe.
