Title:  What We’ve Learned: Confronting AI’s Challenges in Libraries

Date: November 16-17, 2026 (Monday and Tuesday)

Time: 10am-2pm GST-Please note all presentation and demos must be given live at the conference time

Format: Presentations and Demos of AI tool use.

The call for proposals for ” What We’ve Learned: Confronting AI’s Challenges in Libraries” is now open. The deadline for submissions is Friday September 4, 2026. See the event’s website for more information. This is a two-day virtual conference on the practical realities of generative AI in libraries. Several years into widespread adoption, this conference brings practitioners into honest conversation about what AI integration has actually required, and its effects on the field of libraries.
