As a reminder, you are invited to participate in a survey about academic libraries’ current practices surrounding developing and managing popular reading collections (also called browsing collections or leisure reading collections). Input is sought from academic librarians and library workers within the US, who are involved in or have knowledge of their home institutions’ current popular reading collections (or lack thereof). Data collected from this survey will inform an overview of academic libraries’ stances regarding such collections, and may be shared in professional publications and presentations.
Survey participation is completely voluntary, and should take no more than 10-15 minutes. The survey will be open for two more weeks, through Wednesday, April 8.
