Call for Proposals
The 2026 Southeastern Resource Sharing Conference invites proposals that explore practical, innovative and forward-thinking approaches to library collaboration, shared collections, and equitable access. In the spirit of Elvis Presley’s legendary song, this year’s conference celebrates the power of strengthening libraries and the communities we serve through our love of sharing.
Whether you’re improving workflows for interlibrary loan and document delivery, reimagining consortial agreements and sharing, leveraging emerging technologies, or building new models of access, we want to hear how you’re taking care of business. We also encourage proposals that explore connections, collaborations, and crossover topics. Bonus points for Elvis-themed titles!
If you have a topic you’d like to share, we encourage you to submit a proposal for a:
- PosterĀ
- Lightning Talk – 10 minutes
- Solo Presentation – 40 minutes
- Panel – 40 minutes
Proposals due: Friday, May 1. Submit your proposal here. Presenters will receive a discounted rate on conference registration.
