Registration Open for OCLC Online Session “Ask an ILLer” (Thurs., Jan. 22, 12:00-1:00 PM CDT)–Submit Questions in Advance

Posted on January 8, 2026 by Eric Edwards

(via OCLC)

Are you new to managing ILL services? Do you have questions about collecting ILL statistics, performing analytics, and reporting? Join us for an interactive session with community member Christine Shearman, Interlibrary Loan Coordinator,  Rivier University, who will answer your questions and share her expertise. Whether you’re just starting out or looking or looking for clarification on specific aspects of statistics and reporting, this is your chance to get expert advice and practical tips.

Submit questions in advance.

Submit your questions ahead of time by commenting on the event page or anonymously using this form (requires signing in to an OCLC account). You may give kudos to questions you’re most interested in. While we’ll aim to answer as many questions as time allows, we may not be able to address all of them during this session.

Details:

  • Thursday, January 22, 12:00-1:00 PM CDT
  • Sign in to register and view all ‘Ask an ILLer’ activity here.

Registering will ensure you receive a link to the recording and slides.
