This is an invitation to participate in a study evaluating mental wellness programming for campus communities at academic libraries. The purpose of this survey is to identify how academic libraries are responding to these campus needs as well as to provide ideas for others to incorporate this programming in the future.
Click here to launch the survey. The study consists of a questionnaire with 30 questions, and is estimated to take no longer than 10-15 minutes.
The survey asks for demographic questions about your institution, although no individual data will be requested except for a voluntary supplemental project. The questions consist of multiple choice and long answer format.
Your participation is entirely voluntary and you may stop participating at any time, as well as leaving questions unanswered. All efforts are being made to ensure your confidentiality. There is an opportunity for you to provide your email for follow up about sharing programming that your academic library is utilizing for an open source database that is also entirely voluntary.
This study has been reviewed by Appalachian State University’s IRB and has been determined to be exempt.
