We are conducting a research study to explore the experiences of librarians who support evidence synthesis projects and how these experiences may relate to imposter phenomenon-the internal experience of doubting one’s abilities or feeling like a fraud despite evident success.
As a valued professional in this field, your insights are incredibly important. We invite you to participate in a brief, anonymous survey that will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. By participating in this study, you will contribute to a deeper understanding of how imposter phenomenon manifests in this specialized area of librarianship, as well as the factors that may be associated with its prevalence.
Access the survey here. The deadline is Friday, July 18.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and all responses will be kept confidential. The findings from this study may inform future support strategies for librarians engaged in evidence synthesis work.
If you have any questions about the study, please feel free to contact us at essinacademiclibraries@gmail.com.
