I’m conducting research on the perceptions of shared leadership and strategic planning in academic libraries. If you work in an academic library in any position I would love to hear from you about decision making, planning, and leadership in your library. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete, and will ask for your perceptions about working in your library. All survey responses will be anonymous and no personally identifiable information will be collected.
