The ILA Awards Committee is now accepting nominations for the 2021 ILA awards. The ILA awards honor and recognize excellence in librarianship in Illinois. Now is the time to nominate a colleague, manager, mentor, or yourself for an ILA award. If you submitted a nomination in 2019 or 2020, please contact Tamara Jenkins, at tjenkins@ila.org, to learn how to resubmit the nomination.
The complete list of ILA Awards, including criteria and eligibility for each award, is available on the ILA website. The deadline for all award nominations is Saturday, May 15. If you have any questions regarding the ILA Awards, please contact Tamara Jenkins.
Please note: We urge nominators to read carefully and make sure you select the correct award application as you complete and submit your nomination. If you submit a nomination for the wrong award, we cannot guarantee that the error will be corrected in time for the nomination review process.
