If you are a consumer health librarian, or are an information professional who provides health information to the public, please consider completing this short survey for our upcoming study, “Moral distress related to ethical dilemmas among consumer health librarians.”
The purpose of this study is to assess the level of moral distress among information professionals who provide health information to the public, identify situations that result in high levels of moral distress, and explore effects of moral distress in the workplace. Responses are completely anonymous, and all study data are aggregated. This survey (protocol X20-011A2) was reviewed by a Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Institutional Review board and was declared to be exempt as per 45 CFR 46.103(d)(2)(i) on April 28, 2020.
