Reminder: Deadline to Volunteer for an ACRL Committee is Friday, February 14

Just a quick reminder that the deadline to volunteer for any ACRL committee is Friday, February 14. The University Libraries Section encourages everyone to submit a volunteer form.

Submit a volunteer form if:

  • You are not on a committee and want to give back to the profession
  • You are not on a committee and are looking for national service opportunities
  • Your term on a committee is ending and you want to serve another term on that committee
  • Your term on a committee is ending and you want to serve on a different committee
  • Your term on a committee is not ending but you want to add another opportunity to your service efforts

ULS have a variety of committees and discussion groups. All of our committees do virtual work and most do not require attendance to either the MidWinter meeting or Annual Conference (of course, we are happy for you to attend either or both).
