HSLI President Stacey Knight-Davis has sent a letter to Governor Quinn encouraging him to sign Illinois Senate Bill 1900 into law. Titled the Open Access to Research Articles Act, this bill outlines the creation of task forces at Illinois public universities to consider how universities can further open access goals.
