Elissa Cochran is one of two Midwest Chapter members that have been awarded the Annual Meeting Grant by the Awards and Scholarship Committee of the Midwest Chapter. The Annual Meeting Grant is a new award for 2013. Elissa is a solo librarian serving at Presence Covenant Medical Center and Presence United Samaritans Medical Center.
