Call for Proposals –\u00a0ACRL Academic Library Services to Graduate Students Interest Group ALA Annual 2019<\/b><\/p>\n
The ACRL Academic Library Services to Graduate Students Interest Group meeting will be held on Saturday, June 22 from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. in Washington D.C. Presentations will be given in person.<\/p>\n
The ACRL Academic Library Services to Graduate Students Interest Group welcomes proposals that address graduate student needs, librarian approaches to serving those needs, or collaborative projects with other campus stakeholders to address graduate student needs. The presentations will be 10-minutes long. Please include a proposal title and 200-300 word abstract, along with a statement about the practical implications for other libraries via the submission link below.<\/p>\n
Proposals are due April 26.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
SELECTION CRITERIA\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
Proposals will be evaluated based on the extent to which they:<\/p>\n
1.\u202fMeasure\u00a0or investigate\u00a0issues of high interest to librarians, especially\u00a0those working with graduate students.<\/p>\n
2.\u202fRepresent\u00a0innovative projects<\/p>\n
3.\u202fShow evidence of a carefully planned research project or program with implications for other librarians.<\/p>\n
Research that has been previously published or accepted for\u00a0publication will not be considered.<\/p>\n
