All staff members at all RAILS libraries are invited to join us at an <a href=\"https:\/\/railslibraries.us1.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=2c51285b8d63e23716bce030f&amp;id=4f83ac3ed8&amp;e=6883f1b9eb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">available RAILS videoconference location<\/a> or via one-way streaming video (RAILS Live). Here are five reasons why you&#8217;ll want to be there:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Diane Foote, Executive Director of the Illinois Library Association, will join us for a discussion of the increase in the minimum wage in Illinois. We&#8217;ll talk about the facts of the situation and how RAILS and ILA can help members moving forward.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">You&#8217;ll learn\u00a0how you can make your different e-book collections available to your patrons in one place and at no cost, whether you are a standalone library or a consortia member.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">You&#8217;ll get an update on <a href=\"https:\/\/railslibraries.us1.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=2c51285b8d63e23716bce030f&amp;id=cf6cb4156b&amp;e=6883f1b9eb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">Explore More Illinois<\/a>, our new online cultural attractions pass program that debuted on April 1, and learn how your library can get involved.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">You&#8217;ll hear more about how RAILS is planning to help libraries of all types and sizes to prove their value to their various stakeholders.
