Leading Others To and Through Change&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">(via Nicole Swanson, Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois)<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNoSpacing\"><strong>The CARLI Technical Services Committee and Collection Management Committee invite you to attend <\/strong>Change is Good: You Go First! Leading Others To and Through Change. This all-day event on change management will be held at the University of Illinois at Chicago&#8217;s Student Center East on April 2, 2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNoSpacing\">Morning plenary sessions will include presentations by Kevin O&#8217;Connor (a Leadership and Communications Expert who specializes in change) and Kristine Hammerstrand (CARLI Director of User Services) who will talk about the upcoming changes with the I-Share migration to Alma.
