Bills passing both House and Senate include <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/115th-congress\/senate-bill\/2465\">S. 2465<\/a>, Sickle Cell Disease and Other Heritable Blood Disorders Research, Surveillance, Prevention, and Treatment Act and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/115th-congress\/senate-bill\/3029\">S. 3029<\/a> PREEMIE Reauthorization Act of 2018 (to prevent preterm births).
