We are faculty members in Library Affairs at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. The purpose of the linked survey is to determine the response of you, your library, and campus to the topic of fake news.<\/p>\n
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.\u00a0 The survey answers will be sent to a link at SurveyMonkey.com.\u00a0 This data is stored in a password protected electronic format.\u00a0 The website, Survey Monkey, does not collect any identifying information from respondents such as names or email addresses. The survey’s settings have been changed to not collect any IP addresses.\u00a0 We will take all reasonable steps to protect your identity.\u00a0 Also, no item in the survey will require a response.\u00a0 Respondents will be free to exit the survey at any point.<\/p>\n
