The ACRL Immersion Program is all new for 2018. Immersion ’18 will take place July 29-August 3, 2018, at the University of St. Thomas, in St. Paul, Minnesota.<\/p>\n
Immersion ’18<\/a> is an intensive, five-day program designed for those who contribute to the educational role of libraries in higher education. The curriculum is built upon four cornerstones: critical reflective practice, design thinking, leadership, and information literacy. The curriculum will include a range of activities, from keynotes that lay a foundation to group work with opportunities for discussion, hands-on activities, peer-to-peer feedback, and a capstone experience.<\/p>\n Registration is now open<\/a>, and Friday, May 4<\/b>, is the deadline to register. A limited number of scholarships are available for the program.
