FY17 appropriations will proceed through April 28 with the passage of H.R. 2028, the\u00a0Further Continuing and Security Assistance Appropriations Act<\/a>. This bill includes appropriations for the FDA Innovation Account and NIH Innovation Account, as funded by H.R. 34, the\u00a021st Century Cures Act<\/a>, which was signed into law by President Obama in Dec 2016.<\/p>\n Review the Office of Science and Technology Policy’s\u00a0Exit Memo<\/a>\u00a0summarizing the Obama administration’s science and technology policy efforts, including initiatives in precision medicine and broadening public access to federally-funded, peer-reviewed publications.<\/p>\n Copyright Week was Jan 16-20.
