President Elect Donald Trump has vowed to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and has proposed a replacement model that includes Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Tom Price is the apparent front-runner for appointment to secretary of Health and Human Services for the Trump Administration. Ben Carson<\/a> has voiced disinterest in the position, as have Florida Governor Rick Scott<\/a> and Newt Gingrich<\/a>, all of whom had been previously eyed for the role.<\/p>\n State:<\/b><\/p>\n On November 9th, House Bill 6623<\/a> was filed with the Illinois General Assembly. This bill represents a proposed agreement between the state and the University of Illinois in which the university agrees to meet certain standards in exchange for stable funding.
