In addition to traditional resource-sharing topics of interlibrary loan and electronic reserves, the journal encourages submission of scholarly papers regarding the following topics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>new models and emerging technologies for resource sharing<\/li>\n<li>cooperative training ventures and collection development<\/li>\n<li>shared storage facilities<\/li>\n<li>document delivery<\/li>\n<li>shared virtual library services and digitization projects<\/li>\n<li>networks and cooperatives<\/li>\n<li>copyright and permissions issues in Interlibrary loan and electronic reserves<\/li>\n<li>ILL of specialized library materials such as music and media<\/li>\n<li>consortial training and continuing education<\/li>\n<li>other multi-library collaborative efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The\u00a0<em>Journal of Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery &amp; Electronic Reserve<\/em>\u00a0also features a &#8220;Reports from the Field&#8221; column that aims to capture the discussions, experiences, news, solutions, and innovations of interlibrary loan, document delivery, and reserves departments from practitioners and students. No abstract is required for column submissions; all column submissions are subject to editorial review only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manuscript Submissions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before\u00a0<strong>Monday,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>September 12<\/strong>, for the Winter 2016 publication and\u00a0<strong>Saturday, N<\/strong><strong>ovember 12<\/strong>, for Spring 2017 publication. Submissions should be around 3000-6000 words for peer-reviewed articles and 1000-4000 for the non-peer-reviewed &#8220;Reports from the Field&#8221; column; Letters to the Editor and Book Reviews have no word count requirement.
