Topics include inclusive instruction, outreach, programming, and accessibility, equitable collection development, challenges and opportunities in advancing EDI, and the experiences of library workers across ranks and statuses. Attendees will join breakout rooms on one of the topics listed above and engage in discussion with peers on their practice. This session provides a collaborative space to share perspectives, challenges, and exchange practical approaches to EDI in library contexts.
