The Forum on Creating Core Health Sciences Resource Lists will take place <strong>online Wednesday, December 3, at 12:00 PM CDT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This session will focus on non-commercial lists of recommended books, journals, and databases. It\u2019s a great opportunity to learn about how these core lists come together, and how you can potentially participate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This informal session will start with presentations from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nicole Theis-Mahon, Contributor to MLA\u2019s 2022\u00a0<em>Recommended Journals, Databases and Books for Dental Hygiene Programs<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sarah Wade, Contributor to the MLA\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/osf.io\/urjyz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>NAHRS Nursing Essential Resources List<\/em><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Krystal Bullers and Dr. Jason Guy, Co-Editors of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy\u2019s (AACP)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/osf.io\/a4jf8\/overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Basic Resources for Pharmacy Education List<\/em><\/a>, who will also provide a brief overview of AACP\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/connect.aacp.org\/viewdocument\/aacp-core-journals-list-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Core Journals List<\/em><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please access the meeting <a href=\"https:\/\/vcu.zoom.us\/j\/83552922285?pwd=wYSNOyo7OxbcVKPIZgfZrgpHc8Od4m.1&amp;jst=2#success\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>. <strong>No registration is required, and the meeting is open to people who are not members of the Medical Library Association.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the presentations, there will be time for Q&amp;A and discussion. Non-MLA members are welcome to attend and participate.
