AI is rapidly reshaping library work–not just our tools, but our culture, expectations, and daily professional realities. And yet, we still know very little about how library workers themselves<\/em> are experiencing this shift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To help fill this gap, Ava Wallace and I are conducting a national survey on how librarians and library staff are navigating AI learning, upskilling, workplace expectations, and ethical concerns across all types of libraries.
