His commitment continues through his involvement on both the Conference Planning Committee and the Newsletter Committee, where he collaborates closely with Joyce Pallinger. On this year\u2019s conference planning committee, he is a key contributor to Continuing Education and Speakers and the Exhibitors subcommittees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;In presenting the award, Sterner noted &#8220;Eric\u2019s support has been invaluable to me personally\u2014he is always ready to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide thoughtful reminders that help keep our work on track. His encouragement and assistance in my role as chair of the Conference Planning Committee have been instrumental in our success. Moreover, Eric has gone above and beyond in helping to recruit new board members, further strengthening the future of HSLI.
